Who do you use for Delivery?
Royal Mail – standard delivery with free delivery on orders over £50
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Your order will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, with most orders being dispatched the same day.
From dispatch, orders sent by Standard Delivery will typically take 2-3 days to be delivered, but can take up to 5 days to arrive.
Refunds/Cancellation Policy
As long as your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we are able to cancel it for you. Please contact us by e mail or phone 01935 817216.
If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to cancel it unfortunately and you would have to arrange return to ourselves.
All products purchased through The Perfumer website are covered by our 28 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 28 days of receiving your order and we will refund you. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Please note we do not refund your postage unless the item is damaged, wrongly described or faulty.
Can I change what I have ordered?
Once it has been paid for this cannot be done online – you would need to phone 01935 817216 to arrange this.
Can I change the delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the delivery address for you so please phone 01935 817216.
Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address - you would need to arranger collection from the address your order has been sent to.

My Order is damaged – what do I do?
This needs to be reported to our team within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel. Please do not throw the packaging away as you may be asked to return it or take photographs of the packaging. Phone 01935 817216
